The Within Experience: Intuition
A deeply supportive experience for women to reconnect with themselves, while knowing their children are close, safe, and cared for.
This is not just a workshop.
It’s a space to slow down, soften, and return to your own inner voice, without needing to fully step away from your role as a mother.
Held on 16 acres at Our Secret Garden, this experience has been intentionally designed to support both connection and separation,
with a gentle bush walk between spaces allowing you to fully drop in, while still knowing your child is nearby on the same property.

A 3-hour guided experience for women to reconnect through meditation, somatic practices, ecstatic dance and reflective journaling with tea and refreshments, while their children are nearby, supported by qualified, experienced, and vetted nannies in a nurturing environment. Children are held in their own gentle experience, a balance of free play, art, music & simple breath awareness to support calm & regulation. You’ll come back together at the end feeling more calm, regulated, and connected.
