The Within Experience: Intuition
A 3–3.5 hour immersive workshop for women to reconnect with themselves through meditation, somatic practices, intuitive movement (ecstatic dance), and reflective journaling with tea, fresh fruit, and nourishing gluten-free snacks while their children are nearby, supported by qualified, experienced, and fully vetted nannies in a nurturing nanny-share environment.
Held on 16 acres at Our Secret Garden, the space is intentionally designed to support both connection and separation with a gentle bush walk between areas, allowing you to fully drop in knowing your child is close by on the same property, yet far enough away to create a true sense of space.
Alongside this, children are held in their own gentle experience a balance of free play, creativity, music, and simple breath awareness to support calm and regulation.
