About the event
There’s a moment where you realise you haven’t actually felt like yourself in a while.
You’ve been moving, doing, holding everything together, but not really with yourself in it.
This space is where you come back.
This isn’t your typical “women’s circle.”
There’s no pressure to share.
No expectation to perform healing.
No need to be anything other than where you are.
This is a space where you can:
soften your body
regulate your nervous system
feel what’s been sitting underneath the surface
reconnect to yourself in a grounded, real way
Inside the circle, you’ll be guided through:
Grounding meditation
Gentle somatic / intuitive movement (moving what you feel)
Reflective journaling prompts
Space to process, or simply be
A slow, intentional closing (tea + integration)
Everything is invitational.
You can go as deep as you feel safe to.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to who you were before everything asked you to be everything for everyone else.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
This space is for you if you feel like you’ve been stuck in constant go, go, go.
Always thinking.
Always doing.
Always holding everything together.
But rarely giving yourself the space to actually slow down
and be with what’s going on underneath it all.
It’s for you if:
your mind feels busy or overwhelmed
you struggle to switch off or be still
you feel disconnected from your body
you’re craving space to breathe, reset, and come back to yourself
This is a space to step out of your head
and gently come back into your body.
Through somatic and embodied guidance,
you’ll be supported to reconnect to your own rhythm,
your own breath,
and what’s actually true for you beneath the noise.
WHAT TO BRING:
A journal (there will be spare journals and pens available if you forget)
A water bottle
Anything that helps you feel comfortable (blanket, cushion, etc.)
Wear something you feel relaxed in, suitable for gentle movement and laying down
Everything else is taken care of.
