ABOUT ME
From Lived Experience to Embodied Practice
I didn't come to this work through study alone. I came because my life asked me to stop overriding myself.

After leaving a toxic relationship and undergoing emergency surgery, everything I had been pushing through caught up with me at once—my body, my nervous system, the way I loved, and the way I abandoned myself to keep going.
What followed wasn't a clean healing arc. It was a slowing down. A reckoning. A return.
I rebuilt my relationship with my body, my truth, and my capacity to stay present—in discomfort, in intimacy, in choice.
Not to become someone new. But to remember who I was beneath the coping.
Today, I work from lived experience, integration, and the understanding that real change happens when the body feels safe enough to tell the truth.
