Self Directed Healing enables you to heal yourself through accessing your subconscious mind and eliminating beliefs you have about yourself on both a conscious and subconscious level. During a session, you will be empowered through SDH to make significant shifts energetically, mentally, emotionally and physically. Sessions are conducted online via zoom.
